The Little Brewing Company 

Kylie and Warwick Little of Little Brewing Company in Port Macquarie supply our craft beer. They are passionate about their product and have a wealth of knowledge.

The beers are conversation starters such as ‘The Fastidious Bastard and Death Between the Tanks both IPA’s.  With the clever labels and beautiful taste it is easy to see why this brewery is one of the fastest growing in Australia. For more information or to visit the brewery click here.

Elkins Oysters

Elkins Oysters is a newly formed small company, The Managing Director Tony Elkins, is very much hands on running the farm, which is the way we like it. The company is both small in regards to staff but also small in relation to the amount of water they farm. With a bit over 2.1 hectares of water.  Tony runs tours of his Oysters leases and charted fishing tours.

Topi Open Range Eggs

Topi Open Range is a family farm nestled in the hinterland of Seal Rocks.  Their chickens live on open green pasture, drink fresh rain water, play in dust baths and eat Australian certified organic feed.  This licensed farm with Pasture Raised on Open Fields and has less than 1500 chickens per hectare.  You can visit the farm or follow the chooks on Facebook

Mooral Creek Mushrooms

Kelly and Levi from Marlee north of Wingham NSW grow beautiful organic mushrooms on their farm. Varieties include Shittake, King Oyster, Oyster, Blue Oyster and many more.

Burraduc Buffalos

Elena and Andre are the owners of Burraduc Buffalo and hand make a variety of Buffalo cheeses.  They are an ethical dairy and protect protecting biodiversity.  The creamy buffalo cheese and yogurts are second to none in The Great Lakes Region.  Visit their Facebook page for regular updates.

Hidden Valley Free Range

Run by Shane and Brooke Hulands, Hidden Valley Free Range animals are pasture fed, hormone/chemical free and holistically managed to ensure they produce premium beef, pork and eggs.
